REQUIREMENTS
Drivers must be 25 years of age or older.
Valid Driver’s license
Proof of Insurance
MAINTENANCE AND CARE OF THE VEHICLE
Maintain the vehicle as if it's your own vehicle or will you be responsible for damages (e.g no reckless driving, driving extremely high speeds 90mph +, and leaving trash in the vehicle).
Vehicle should be returned on a Full Tank of Gas.
PETS AND SMOKING POLICY
NO pets, NO smoking in the vehicle. This will result in a $100 fee.
DAMAGES and/ or ACCIDENT
Any damages done to the vehicle will result in a $500 deductible.
Please call R&D Van Rentals, LLC asap (Rickey contact 601-691-0846) if you need Roadside Assistance for the following below:
Tire blow-out or a flat tire
Lost of Keys, lockouts and fuel outages
Engine failure or battery failure and accidents
Security Deposit and Fees
CANCELLATION POLICY
Due to our high demand for rentals, please notify us at least 24 hrs prior to your scheduled trip. Less than 24 hours prior to your scheduled trip. Please not deposits are non-refundable.
DEPOSIT POLICY
All reservations will require a non-refundable deposit to secure your travel dates which will be placed towards the cost of the rental.
1-day rental deposit fee: $50
2-Day rental deposit: $125
3 days or more rental deposit : $200
** Holiday rental deposit may vary due to high demands.
Pick-up and Return Policies
PICK-UP TIME AND DAY
Vehicle should be returned on the day and time confirmed on your reservation information.
PICK-UP LOCATION
Exact Location in Canton. MS will be provided upon confirmation of your reservation.
RETURN LATE POLICY
R&D Van Rentals understand things happen during your travel, if you think your drop off time is going to be later than the time confirmed, please call us asap.
RETURN POLICY
Vehicle should be returned on a FULL tank of gas, no exceptions.
Vehicle should be returned in good condition (e.g no garbage left in the vehicle, drink spills on the doors and no gum or sticky candy on the seats).
